I'm not sure I'll remember my pick-up day.

Not to worry.  Our exclusive reminder program calls you the night before your pick-up as a gentle reminder to put your bag out.

I might not be at home when my clothes are delivered.

DCTYD provides you with a wreath hanger for your door.  Your clothes are delivered between 5:30 and 7:30 PM when most customers are arriving home from work.  Going out of town?  Just call us, and we'll hold your delivery until you return.

Can I keep a record of what's in my bag?

Yes, check the forms section and print out a list of items you are sending.  Place the list in your bag and keep a copy for your records.

How about stains?

Print out the DCTYD Catch a Stain form and pin it to your garment.  Be sure to list a contact number so our plant manager can call you with any questions.
